The Titanium Plasma frypan uses Happycall's titanium-reinforced nonstick: a titanium layer over the coating that resists scratching and wear better than a standard nonstick, on a 5mm forged aluminium body that heats evenly and resists warping. The exterior carries a silica coating that wipes clean. This 28cm size suits family-size frying and searing, with a pouring edge and a stay-cool handle. Suitable for all cooktops, including induction.
