Warranty Information
All products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. This warranty does not cover coating and mishandling by the user, such as accidental damage or commercial use.
What is Covered?
Happycall warrants that the following products are free from defects in material and craftsmanship for one year from the date of purchase:
- Double Pan
- Frying Pan, Saucepan & Wok
- Hard Anodised Ceramic Pot
- Vacuum Pot
- Accessories
What is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents (including overheating), misuse, commercial use, improper cleaning, neglect, and natural wear and tear of the non-stick finish, porcelain enamel, or stainless steel. It also excludes damage caused by cooking sprays, bleach, or overheating, and does not cover dishwasher effects, scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleansers, or metal utensils.
Who is Covered?
This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or gift recipient, with proof of purchase in Australia required. It is not transferable and void if the product was not purchased new from an authorised dealer.
What Will We Do?
Defective cookware will be replaced free of charge with the same or a similar product of equivalent value if the original product is no longer available.

- Our customer support team will contact you as soon as possible.
- We recommend keeping the original packaging to facilitate the return process.
- Upon receiving the product and completing an inspection, we will organise repairs or exchanges.
