Return Policy

Please note: This policy applies only to purchases made on this website. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

If you change your mind, you may return the item(s) for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging in perfect condition.
  • A $14.90 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • You are responsible for sending the item back to us.

Note: The purchase value of the returned product will be refunded, excluding the original shipping cost. The $14.90 return handling fee will also be deducted. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Instructions

  1. Email us your order details at hello@happycall.com.au.
  2. Send your item(s) back to our address in Melbourne with a copy of your invoice.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product(s), we will process the refund.

This policy only applies to purchases made on this website and does not extend to purchases made through our resellers.
