Changed your mind?

You can return any item bought from happycall.com.au within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Refund timing	Processed within 3 business days of inspection; allow 5–10 business days for your bank

How to return

1. Email hello@happycall.com.au with your order number and which items you are returning. We will confirm within one business day.
2. Pack the item securely in its original box and include a copy of your invoice.
3. Post it to our returns address in Chatswood, Sydney (below). We recommend a tracked service.
4. Once it arrives and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method and email you a confirmation.

Faulty or damaged?

If your item arrived damaged or has developed a fault, do not use this process — see our warranty page instead. Faulty items are replaced at no cost to you.

Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
