Return and Exchange Policy
Please note: This policy applies only to purchases made on this website. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
If you change your mind, simply return the item(s) for a refund. Our Satisfaction Guarantee Promise is valid under the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging in perfect condition.
- You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Note: The purchase value of the returned product will be refunded, excluding the original shipping cost. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

- Send your unwanted item(s) back to our address in Sydney.
- Once we receive and inspect the product(s), we will process the refund.
