About this product
The Zin 20cm vacuum pot holds 2.8 litres and comes with a locking glass lid.
Why Zin
- The lid seals itself as the pot cools: lock the handles, cook until the valve vibrates and steam escapes, then turn off the heat and the falling pressure pulls the lid into a seal.
- A stew or soup carries on cooking in its own retained heat, stays warm longer, and the whole pot goes into the fridge without decanting.
- 6mm aluminium body coated inside and out with a ceramic nonstick, free of PTFE and PFOA.
- Ceramic is more heat-sensitive than titanium or graphene, so cook on low to medium.
This is not a pressure cooker and does not cook under pressure.
