About this product
The Stay 24cm frypan has sloped sides for searing and flipping. It comes on its own or with a matching glass lid.
Why Stay
- Bare 304 stainless steel cooking surface — no coating, so there is nothing to wear out or replace.
- 3-ply clad body with an aluminium core spreads heat evenly from base to rim.
- Browns food and develops fond the way a nonstick cannot, and it goes into the oven.
- Preheat the pan properly and add oil before food, or stainless will stick.
Blue or golden heat tints on stainless steel are a normal reaction to high heat, not a fault; keeping the heat moderate limits them.
