The Hybrid 28cm frypan is the family size for searing, stir-fries and one-pan meals. It comes on its own or with a matching self-standing glass lid.
Why Hybrid
- Ceramic nonstick sits recessed beneath a raised stainless steel grid, so metal utensils ride on the steel rather than the coating.
- 3-ply clad body with an aluminium core heats evenly and holds heat for searing.
- Dishwasher safe, and free of PTFE, PFOA, PFOS, lead and cadmium.
- Because food touches steel as well as coating, it behaves partly like stainless — preheat properly before adding food, or it will stick.
