The Double Pan 2.0 is the everyday version, in Pink: a ceramic nonstick on an aluminium body, pull-open, with detachable halves for washing.
Why the Double Pan
- Two pans hinged together with a silicone gasket around the rim — you close the pan and flip it instead of turning food with a spatula.
- The seal holds steam and moisture inside, which keeps food juicy and cuts the smoke, smell and oil spatter of open-pan frying.
- Ceratinum ceramic nonstick, three layers, on a 5mm aluminium body.
- Not induction compatible — for induction, choose the IH Synchro.
The gasket is the part that wears; replacements are available.
