Why Blitz
- Second-generation Ceranix Pro ceramic coating — the current version of the range that replaced Agave.
- Developed under Happycall's Eco Project: no PTFE, PFOA, PFOS, lead or cadmium.
- 5mm forged aluminium body with a stainless steel base for induction.
- Ceramic releases food cleanly but is more heat-sensitive than titanium or graphene, so cook on low to medium.
