The Agave 28cm frypan is the family size for searing, stir-fries and one-pan meals. Agave is the previous generation of Happycall's ceramic range and is selling through its final stock; the current version is Blitz.
Why Agave
- Ceranix Pro ceramic coating with no PTFE or PFOA.
- 5mm forged aluminium body with a stainless steel base for induction.
- Ceramic releases food cleanly but is more heat-sensitive than titanium or graphene, so cook on low to medium.
