The replacement silicone gasket for the Happycall Double Pan. The gasket runs around the rim and seals the two halves together as the pan cooks; it is the one part that wears out. Replace it every one to two years depending on use, or sooner if steam starts escaping from the side while cooking. Made from heat- and pressure-resistant food-grade silicone.

How to replace it

1. Using a paperclip, pinch and pull out the worn gasket.
2. Starting at the right, next to the oil drip hole, press the new gasket into the channel and work it around the rim.
